Ingredients
1 (16 oz) container cottage cheese (low-fat or regular)
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Blend cottage cheese, protein powder, and eggs until smooth.
3. Grease a 6” x 3” springform pan.
4. Pour mixture into pan and smooth top.
5. Bake for 35 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
6. Cool for 35–40 minutes at room temperature.
7. Chill in fridge for at least 30–45 minutes.
8. Serve chilled with optional toppings.
