Description

A creamy, high-protein twist on the nostalgic Dunkaroo dip made with Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, and a touch of Nutella.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup thick plain Greek yogurt

½ cup vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbsp Nutella

12 tsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp dark chocolate chips, sprinkles, or fruit (optional)

12 tbsp milk or almond milk (optional to loosen)

Instructions

1. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.

2. Whisk in protein powder until smooth.

3. Stir in cocoa powder and Nutella until fully combined.

4. Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or stevia as desired.

5. Add a pinch of salt and adjust thickness with milk if needed.

6. Fold in sprinkles or chocolate chips.

7. Chill for 20 minutes and serve with fruit, crackers, or cookies.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based yogurt and protein powder.

Store in fridge for up to 3–4 days in an airtight container.

Stir before serving to maintain creaminess.

Top with sprinkles for a festive birthday cake dip style.
