Ingredients
1½ cups whipped cottage cheese
1 cup almond butter
1 cup cocoa powder
⅔ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment.
2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond butter, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth.
3. Spread the thick batter evenly in the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 25–28 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
5. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use whipped cottage cheese for the best texture.
Blend regular cottage cheese if needed to avoid lumps.
Don’t overbake—center should stay slightly fudgy.
Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
