Description

Dunkaroo Dip Greek Yogurt is a high-protein, no-bake snack made with Greek yogurt, protein powder & sprinkles—a healthy twist on the classic 90s treat.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt (thick, plain, or vanilla)

½ cup vanilla or cake batter protein powder

12 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

1. Add Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.

2. Whisk in protein powder until smooth and creamy.

3. Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste.

4. Stir in vanilla extract if using.

5. Fold in rainbow sprinkles, reserving some for garnish.

6. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving with crackers, cookies, or fruit.

Notes

For less tang, use vanilla yogurt instead of plain.

Adjust thickness with more protein powder or yogurt.

Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Stir before serving.

Add themed sprinkles to make it festive for birthdays or holidays.
