Ingredients
1 cup almond yogurt fortified with protein
½ cup rainbow cake mix (heat-treated)
½ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup zero-calorie sweetener

2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
1. Heat-treat cake mix by baking at 350°F for 5 minutes or microwaving for 1 minute.
2. In a bowl, combine almond yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Mix in protein powder, sweetener, and liquid stevia until well incorporated.
4. Fold in cooled cake mix gently until blended.
