Instructions
1. Whisk Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until smooth.
2. Heat skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
3. Dip bread slices into custard mixture for 20–30 seconds per side.
4. Cook slices in skillet 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
